Hopefully you know what AdWords is, if you don’t its one of the largest ad platforms available today. There are people spending thousands each day with that program. If you have been around internet marketing for any time you have heard about the “slap”. This is where good changes their requirements which effects your quality score, which effects the price you pay per click. For example a great quality score, usually the minimum bid is .05 or .10 and with a poor quality score your bid is min 5 dollars per click.

If you don’t know Google’s system AdWords can become your worst nightmare, costing you time and money. But if you know their system and are able to make it work for you, then it can be a game changer. Some marketers argue that Google has some of the highest quality traffic available today, and in some cases that is true. The bottom line is the good AdWords system is difficult at best, but if you are able to deal with the system, and make it work for you then you stand to make a lot of money online.

If you are going to use the system make sure that you track everything and set daily caps so that you don’t blow through your budget. I know of a guy who wasted 3 thousand dollars because he didn’t set a cap and went away for the weekend, without checking it.
