mistakes that people make when running a blog that prevents

them from earning a decent income

you write about general stuff there is not going to be a

good enough reason for people to visit your blog. So if you

offer specialized insight into digital photography then you

have a much higher chance of getting return visitors to

your blog.

2) You need to get a professional design and logo for your

blog. On the internet first impressions count and when

people visit your web site they will make up their minds in

the first few seconds. So if you have a blog that looks

very amateurish then you have less of a chance of

succeeding.

3) You need to capture the name and email addresses of the

people who visit your blog. Now let us look at the main

reason that you need to do this. It is a lot of hard work

to drive traffic to your website. If you are advertising

then it is also very expensive. So you have to maximize

your traffic. By generating opt in subscribers you will be

able to create repeat traffic to your website.

4) You must be able to monetize your blog. This means

knowing how to place your Google Adsense adverts for

maximum revenue and also your affiliate links. A good

follow up system will also be necessary to generate income

from your opt in subscribers.
